AFC Telford United have announced the following arrangements for the forthcoming FA Trophy semi-final tie with York City at the New Bucks Head.

Following AFC Telford United's continued involvement in the FA Carlsberg Trophy, the following fixtures have been re-arranged:

The home game against Redditch United has been moved forward a day and will now be played on Friday 10th April, kick-off 7:45 pm

The home game against Farsley Celtic will now be played on Wednesday 15th April, kick-off 7:45 pm

The home game against Burscough will now be played on Tuesday 21st April, kick-off 7:45 pm

Wellington Amateurs booked their first ever Shropshire County Challenge Cup final appearance after a tense 2-1 win against Bridgnorth Town Reserves at Ludlow.

Amateurs went behind mid-way through the first half and then saw a chance to equalise go begging when a penalty was saved by the Bridgnorth keeper.

But with only 20 minutes to go the Ams drew level when Stewart Parnham (pictured) scored with a shot from 20 yards that beat the Bridgnorth keeper through a crowd of players.

AFC Telford United make to long trip north to Barrow for the Setanta Shield area final tonight with boss Rob Smith facing another selection crisis. Already without long-term absentees Steve Jagielka, Simon Forsdick and now Martyn Naylor, Smith faces fresh injury concerns over Liam Blakeman and Lee Moore, both players were withdrawn from Saturday’s 1-0 win at Tamworth. To make matters worse both Lee Vaughan and Gavin Cowan will sit the match out through suspension while Danny Edwards and Phil Trainer are cup-tied.
